- 1 package pie crust (pre-made, 2 rolls)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef (I use 90% lean, however 80% or less will work - just drain off the excess fat before continuing.)
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 diced bell pepper (medium, any color)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup cheese (Mexican blended)

They turned out great,but not real flavorful. Kind of bland. Pie crust was good.

I made them tonight. They were very easy to make. One thing I would do if I make them again is season the pie crust. It really needed some flavor. You can only get so much filling in the round and there is all of this crust. I did make a poblano cream sauce to dip them in which was delicious and did help the lack of flavor but I might try melting butter and mix with cumin and garlic salt and brush that on the outside.

These were ok, but not spectacular in my opinion. Points for being an easy recipe to follow and quick t o put together! But, all I could taste was the chili powder, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, since I like it, but I was disappointed. The flavor was ok, and my husband and I both ate it, but we agreed it wasn't 'anything to write home about'.

They had a great flavor but the video made it look easier than it was with the crust. It was breaking apart on me quite a bit. overall it was tasty.

They’re in the oven,ceaser salad is ready! They went together fairly easy,made my own crust.We’ll see what they taste like in 25 mins

Big hit! Used store bought, refrigerated pie crusts. I made a double batch and ended up with lots of extra filling, which I then used for homemade burritos as leftovers!
