Tried this & it was a hit for dinner! We had ours with slaw and brioche buns. I didnt have liquid smoke so substituted with a hickory smoked BBQ sauce and it worked a treat. Will definitely make this again!

I will cut down cumin and delete cayenne pepper, whole family thought too spicy

Great recipe, minimal preparation, the hardest part is waiting to eat while the smell fills your kitchen.
