It turned out really well. My mixture was quite thick despite following the correct guidelines but i still used it like this. I made smaller sized pancakes and they turned out quite thick and fluffy, moist on the inside! So delicious. I also used almond milk instead of cows milk and sprinkled a bit of icing sugar on top. Would highly recommend.

It was very simple to make! I added some nutmeg to my batter just to spice it up a little! I liked that the sugar measurement was low because my bananas were super ripe!

I also tried mixing in some pumpkin pie filling, and although that definitely added a bit too much moisture, it was absolutely delicious.

Added some vanilla, cinnamon and a little more sugar. Also used almond milk as we are dairy free. I mashed the bananas instead of slicing. Pretty good pancakes!
