    Been using this recipe for a couple of years and it never fails me. It’s super simple, soft, and very flavorful. I love that it’s very moist and not super dry once it’s cooled down like other banana bread recipes I’ve tried or had. Sometimes I put in a 1/2 cup of walnuts or chocolate chips for either an extra crunch or sweetness. Will forever use this recipe.

    loved this recipe! very easy and very moist and light bread. not dense and gaumy like some other recipes. i think this will be my new go-to recipe.

    I have a smaller oven and I baked for 45 minutes instead of an hour. Use 1/2 cup sugar, not 1 cup. It's pretty good but not amazing, though that may be my fault.

    FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Made it 2 weeks ago. MAKING it again today.... I used agave nectar and substituted the eggs with non fat yogurt. My family demands more. Way to go with this delightful recipe. It's not heavy like a lot of banana bread recipes I've tried and tasted in the paste. i'm a FAN of chow
