Description
Freshly minced herbs and garlic are all it takes to transform salmon into a quick and delectable dinner. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- 4 salmon fillets (Atlantic, 5 oz. each)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- tsp. black pepper (to taste)
- 4 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (mixed, like parsley, dill, chives, thyme, or oregano, loosely packed)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place on the baking sheet, skin side down.

it turned out delicious! i used half parsley and half oregano and it tasted so good with the garlic. my kids loved it so i will be keeping it on the menu.
