The meal was ok, I would suggest marinading for an hour to fuse all the ingredients together. The chicken took a while to cook so the vegetables were over cooked. I will try again but may add vegetables after chicken has been in the oven for 15 minute.

So delicious and so easy to put together! I happened to have some fresh Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, and Garlic on hand so I threw a bit of that in there. The smell while it was cooking was insane! I’ll definitely be making this again.
