    These are so simple and amazing! I didn't have any cooked chicken on hand, so I took some chicken breasts, seasoned them with salt and pepper, then cooked them in the oven at 375 Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes until they reached an internal temp of 165 Fahrenheit. Then I shredded them up with a couple forks and I was done. Since the recipe calls for the chicken to be added in with everything else including the taco seasoning, I didn't have to do much more prep than that. They came out great and I'm definitely going to be making them again!

    Amazingly delicious! I drained the salsa with the black beans to prevent the sogginess that others have commented. Also, put cheese on the botoom of the shell as well as on the top.

    Easy and delicious. I use the Pioneer Woman shredded chicken recipe for the Instant Pot that makes 5lbs of shredded chix and freeze in 5 diff freezer bags. This was a great use for one of the bags. Will make again.

    Turned out good! We left out the black beans and didn’t cook the salsa with the chicken and onions, however we did add salsa on top of the cheese and let it bake. Definitely can see myself making again!
