Great Recipe! Easy and my picky daughter and husband called this a keeper! I did add a can of rotels and my other daughter said it would be good with melted velveeta may try it next time. But Great Easy Recipe!

Family loved it! I added a can of Mild Rotel tomatoes to the meat and used Pinto Beans instead of Refried Beans. Will make again.

This recipe was great. One side note on the size of baking dish to use: The second time I made this. only because it was so good, I used an 11x7 baking dish, and it accommodated it just fine. For me. the 13x9 was way too big. (Just a comment.)

This dish was so much better than I thought. My son loves mexican food and went back for seconds. So simple to make and I like simple. I did add a can of rotel tomatoes to the recipe.

Phenomenal this was perfect. I did make some changes, added 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the soup/sour cream mix, ro-tel in the meat/beans and over the top green enchilada sauce.
