- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil (high heat safe, or coconut oil)

As everyone said it really is easy. I used extra firm tofu. I'm glad I didn't cut them too small because it can feel tedious to turn them around for all-around crispiness. It tasted fine by itself. I used my own bbq sauce to add some kick. I gave it 4 stars because i wouldve liked for the flavors to seep in more but it was my first time making tofu so maybe I shouldve done something extra.

Super-easy and really tasty! I was a little worried when the tofu stuck to the pan in the beginning, but it turned out great. I will definitely make it again.

This was so quick and easy! I used super firm tofu, which made it easy to turn in the skillet. This is going to be a weekly feature for lunch or dinner.

This recipe may be great, but it is NOT BBQ tofu. It's fried tofu with BBQ sauce added afterwards. I'm sure it's good, but for a better experience, throw this thing on the BBQ afterwards.

The recipe was very easy to follow. I used coconut oil and it made the tofu with the bbq sauce even sweeter! Served with brown rice and corn.

Great idea! It was my first time cooking tofu, so I give it 4 stars for the explanation of how to cook/prepare it. It had a bit of a weird texture, perhaps I pressed the tofu or fried it for too long. This is ridiculously easy. Served with broccoli and BBQ style rice. 👍
