Did exactly as instructed with one splash of hickory liquid smoke added to the sauce. Was a big hit for Father’s Day. Paired it with corn on the cob and baguette garlic Parmesan toasts. The ultimate finger food dinner! This one is a keeper!

I added a tsp of cumin and a teaspoon of onion powder but my ribs burned badly at 2 hours. I might check them at one hour next time. Flavour though, what didn’t burn, was really good.

First time made I thought it was way too salty and I used way too much of the rub. Second time, I used just enough and it was delicious!

It was great , easy to follow and were delicious but be careful with the 2h they advised to bake them initially, in my case ribs were over done- 1:30 best guess

I've made this 5 times now - amazing every time I make it. Super easy! I love the detailed instructions, and making the BBQ sauce from scratch is so much better than using store bought. I've tweaked the sauce a little by adding variations of balsamic, honey and soya sauce. This is a definite favourite at my house! Thank you so much for this incredible recipe! We absolutely love it!
