Wonderful ! I Like my veggies cooked under the roast or surrounding the meat . This adds a lot of flavor to the veggies, and makes this meal so quick and easy to prepare . Great for crock pots , or roasting in the oven. My Father used to cook his on the grill ! Best Roast I ever tasted . It was awesome !
