I will definately do it again. I added vanilla extract, baking soda and some sugar to the mix. It turned out really tasty.

Really easy mix to make and creates lovely pancakes!! I added a little caster sugar to my mix to make them sweeter but workers perfectly well without - would definitely recommend!
