  • 1 pound shrimp (fresh, peeled and de-veined)
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • stir fry sauce (House of Tsang Classic)
  • 3/4 cup yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • toasted sesame oil
  • soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 1/4 cups snow peas (with shredded carrots, can substitute equal amount of defrosted frozen peas and carrots)
  • 4 cups rice (cooked, cold, day-old, longer grain - I used Jasmine rice, fluffed so the grains are separated)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 can beansprouts (drained, I only used half a can)
  • soy sauce (More, and House of Tsang sauce, to taste)

I have made this recipe with much simpler ingredients. I use a Knorr Chicken w/Broccoli dehydrated packet and frozen salad shrimp. I've added chives on occasion and maybe some Soy. My mood and time element dictate how I fix it. With a salad it's delicious and nutritious.
