- 180 grams flaked coconut (or unsweetened shredded, I used both)
- 65 grams cashews (roughly chopped)
- 75 grams raw almonds (whole, roughly chopped, I used flaked)
- 65 grams seeds (pumpkin, pepita)
- 60 grams sunflower seeds
- 35 grams sesame seeds
- 80 mL virgin coconut oil
- 80 mL tahini (un-hulled)
- 80 mL honey (pure maple or brown rice syrup, I used maple)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 200 grams raisins (natural, or sultanas)
- 165 grams dried cranberries
- 95 grams dried apple slices (firmly packed, roughly chopped)
- 80 grams pitted dried dates (roughly chopped)
