Turned out great. Easy recipe and not alot of ingredients. I felt like the 55 minutes was a bit too long. It seemed to be overcooked, which made it a little dry. I will back off to about 45-50 minutes next time. I also added some chopped walnuts because we like them alot. Will definitely make this again.
