Ingredients

250 grams cream
250 grams dulce de leche
5 grams gelatin
8 nut biscuits (pine)

Directions

1Put the gelatin in a bowl of cold water to soften it.
2In a saucepan, mix the cream with the dulce de leche.
3Heat the mixture. Squeeze the gelatin, and put it in the pan.
4Stir the mixture, and then whisk for about 2 minutes.
5Fill flexible silicon molds 2/3 full with cream mixture, and place the cookies (with the pine nuts side towards the mixture).
6Top with the remaining cream/dulce de leche mixture.
7Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
