Keep the vinegar dressing in a separate container if this is being prepared in advance; the coleslaw should be served immediately so the dressing doesn't ruin the texture of the crisp vegetables.


  • 2 carrots
  • 1 white cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 1 yogurt (Petit Suisse)
  • cider vinegar
  • garlic powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

  3. 3Combine the yogurt, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
