Any yogurt can be used; however, plain low-fat yogurt will give the highest nutrition and intensify the taste. Mix together the dough and bake in a matter of minutes. - 40 grams protein powder
- 3 tablespoons powdered skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 eggs
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to a smooth dough.
- Pour the batter in muffin molds and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
