- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
- 2 eggs
- water (20 cl.)
- 35 grams protein powder
- 1. Combine the oat bran, wheat bran, and skim milk powder in a medium-sized bowl.
- 2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add them to the dry ingredients along with the water and protein powder. Whisk thoroughly.
- 3. Heat a frying pan. When it is hot, pour in a ladle of batter. Cook and then flip the crepe. Continue with the remaining batter.
- 4. Serve hot.
