    It was amazing! Fresh mallard I shot 2 days ago. I did skinless so temp a wee bit lower and longer internal temp to 160 was SO GOOD! I didn’t have caraway but otherwise same recipe highly recommend as super simple. I attempted gravy but left it as it wasn’t needed. Cooked Granny Smith apple with the skin on too! One slice of apple to one slice of duck. I’ll absolutely cook this again
