Delicious! Made it exactly like the recipe with a Malbec and would definitely make this again. The gravy on mashed potatoes is wonderful.

Very average in my family's opinion.

It turned out really good. I sprinkled a lot of garlic powder. Hubby said it had a sweet taste and that’s because of the red wine I used. It was a San Sebastián vintner red which is a sweeter wine. Next time I will use a different wine but will definitely make again.

Absolutely delicious! I didn’t have a packet for the brown gravy so I got creative. I mixed about a tablespoon of cornstarch into cold water, may be about a quarter of a cup. I stirred some beef bouillon into about an eighth of a cup of water and zapped it in the microwave, then slowly added it to the dissolved corn starch. I reduced the wine by a glass for the cook to account for the extra water. The result was delicious!

Love this recipe! I use white wine instead of red and it was awesome

Didnt think it had a lot of flavor. Might try with crushed garlic instead of garlic powder and probably add some garlic to the gravy, if we ever try it again.

This was very good. I chose it because my husband wants a sauce on absolutely everything. I didn’t have a brown gravy package but did have a mushroom gravy package so used it and it definitely added flavour. I paid attention to other reviews and whisked the dry gravy with about 1/4 cup of water first and I also added beef stock to make the sauce less thick. My tenderloin was only for two of us so I checked after 10 minutes and in the end it took 18 minutes but was cooked perfectly I served with the orzo with Parmesan and asparagus and my husband loved it. Definitely recommend.

Amazing! Half a bottle was plenty though.

I really enjoyed this and it was easy to make. Next time I may use some beef stock because the gravy was a bit too thick, but tasted great otherwise. I served with a salad, roasted potatoes, and bread. I will make this again

I changed it. Added some balsamic reduction and a bit of cane sugar to the simmered onion wine mix. It over cooked in oven in 20 minutes, maybe 15 would be right as it rests and cooks more. The package of gravy should be mixed with a bit of cold water first. It had clumps so I had to strain and probably all the flavour from the gravy was not in the sauce. I will try again and mix the gravy with a bit of cold water first and way less cooking time.

This was a really great dinner. You added some beef broth in addition to the wine to make a little more gravy because the 2 pork tenderloins I had were really big. I also doubled the onions. Great meal that everyone liked. Will definitely make again. Oh and that’s the first time I’ve ever used a brown gravy mix (I usually make my own) and it was really easy and good.

Excellent , I only used about three quarters of the wine and added beef stock to sub the remaining wine . Also reduced the wine before adding the stock was Delish

Amazing! I used chicken broth instead of wine and it was so delicious. The only problem was that my husband doesn't really eat pork, but he surely ate it tonight. 😋

First time roasting pork loin at low temperature. A discovery! Meat was tender and succulent!. Served with a potato croquette to soak up sauce. Yum!

My family gave it all thumbs up! We added carrots and celery as we baked it and they loved the somewhat crunchy veggies with the delicious meal! OMG, my Fiancé was not to happy that I grabbed a full bottle of red from her....until she tasted it on the meat! Wonderful meal, thanks for the recipe!

Unless you LOVE red wine... don’t make this. made it last night and we took off the onions and sauce. Might be better with a white wine. Red is just too strong.
