Really good...rich flavor and not dry. Used thicker boneless chops. Didn’t have brown sugar, so substituted molasses. Subbed seafood cocktail sauce for part of the ketchup for a little more kick. Browned chops as indicated but then covered skillet and finished in 375 oven for 40 minutes

So simple and yet so gOOd!!! I went a little heavy with the Cajun spice, as I like a little kick with my sweet. I was surprised that the chops weren’t tough and dry for how long they cooked. I will definitely be making this a lot more.

Husband loved the sauce although I wasn't so keen (lots of sugar and more sugar in ketchup so not very healthy) if I could replace it with fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, and agave syrup maybe I would make it again. The chops were hard and dry after so long in the pan so next time I'll fry them and take them out, then do the sauce separately. Served it with asain slaw and rice.

Turned out really great. Nice sweet/spicy balance. Although I didn't cook the pork chops in the sauce for 45 mins. I didn't want my chops dry so I grilled them and then soaked them in the sauce. I put all the ingredients for the sauce and boiled it down first then poured it over the grilled chops. My family loved it and everyone had seconds, even my toddler. Will definitely make this again.

chops were dry but only had 3 so could be why but sauce was to die for!.... if you don't have Cajun Google has a good recipe with stuff you probably already have ;) definitely a new favorite in our house!
