  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 30 min (..Drain and pat dry)
  • 12 slices prosciutto (fresh Italian)

Directions

  1. Take fig and wrap the prosciutto around it, continue with all Bake for 15 min at 350oF or until prosciutto is crisp
  2. Serve on a decorative tooth pick
