Ingredients

3 cups water
1 cup lemon juice
2 granny smith apples (medium, Fuji or Honey crisp apples)
2 Fuyu persimmons (medium)
2 kiwi (medium, peeled)
2 cups strawberries (whole)

Directions

1Combine water and juice in large bowl.
2Attach Spiralizer attachment to KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Center one apple on fruit and vegetable skewer; attach to Spiralizer. Attach fine spiralizing blade and position at end of apple. Place bowl of lemon-water under blade to catch spiralized fruit. Turn stand mixer to speed 4 and process until blade reaches end of apple. Repeat with remaining apple and persimmons. Remove fruit from lemon-water, then arrange on tray of food dehydrator. Remove fine spiralizing blade.
3Attach spiral slice blade with small core. Process kiwi and strawberries in the same manner. Remove from lemon-water and arrange on a separate food dehydrator tray.
4Dehydrate kiwi and strawberries for 4 hours 30 minutes. Dehydrate all remaining fruit for 5 hours 30 minutes or until dry but still chewy.
5Serve piled up on small plates as a fun snack.
