Hated the grapefruit and cucumber in this. I used lemon and lime instead, much better and now a decent drink. Could not drink it as per the recipe.

I woudn't suggest using oranges at all for this, to much sugar. Id use lemons instead

I love infused water! But my grapefruit was way too big and overpowered the rest of my ingredients. Next time I will do mint, limes, cucumbers, and oranges.

you can use substitutes with out the peels, like for the grapefruit you can use lemon, and for the tangerines you can use oranges. but this detox water does work I tried it with substitutes and see the results 10days later.
A little bitter. I drank one glass of it.

I made this and drank it for 3 days. It doesn't taste all that great, but I can tell it was flushing me out! I need to be more consistent to see more results! It's hard to find Tangerines so I just used whatever orange they had at my local market.

I made this in my glass jug and only drank one glass and didn't leave the restroom all night. Works immediately haha! I advise you don't drink this while out and about because you will need to be in restroom quiet often flushing all that fat out!

Substituted lime for grapefruit Next time I will peel fruit because the skins are bitter in a bad way.
It is so bitter. Looks beautiful in the pitcher but there is nothing refreshing about its taste I might try it again but will peel the grapefruit. From the picture and directions it doesn't say to do that but I'm sure that's what is ruining its taste

I created orange and lemon today. It tastes good. I'll make this again but I'll add lime and possible mint.

The medications I take are labeled, No grapefruit. What do I use? I tried oranges, ginger and limes. We like it without the peels. I peel lemons, limes and oranges, then cut segments out and lightly squeeze them.

This was a surprisingly way to get more water into my diet. The fresher the fruits and vegetables, the easier it is to add water for 2-3 rounds. Economical weight loss.

Great. Would make again. Might add lime next time as well. Or maybe a lemon would work well with this recipe.
