It was really good! Maybe next time though I would use a little less pepper than what the recipe calls for my picky eaters loved this!

It was good but, there was just a bit too much honey in the sauces recipe. It somewhat overpowered. *note: I was missing paprika, garlic, and I didn’t have enough soy sauce.

Great !!! I use a deep fryer instead of pan. Just because I was making a large amount. Easy to follow recipe. I will be making this again. My youngest son who is very picky really enjoyed it.

this was great. both my husband and my 19 month old had seconds, which never happens.

It definitely was crunchy but also has a kick that the kids did not like. Next time I will leave out the paprika and the cayenne. Also, didn't need that many eggs, maybe 2. And make the whole flour mixture, you will need it.

Amazing!!!! Another delicious way to cook chicken. So crispy and flavorful!!
Danette N. 5 Aug 2018
Good, although not as crispy as expected. Halved the flour mixture and did half flour/half cornstarch. Also reduced the amount of ginger and nutmeg. Added cornstarch to the sauce in order to thicken, an spooned on when serving rather than dipping as didn't want the chicken coating soggy. Will make again. Ha

The chicken was crispy and delicious. I halved the coating amount, since I had no need for a second batch, and added a teaspoon Madras curry powder to it for a little kick.

Good crunch and not a bad flavor. I cooked it on the short side of the time. I made the honey soy garlic sauce, but I didn't like the taste. Might be because it foamed up in the 30 seconds I was pulling the chicken out of the oven.
Lisa van den Hoogen 14 Jun 2018
It tasted great, the chicken was nice and moist. U really have to watch the sauce, it can burn very easily
Aaron Bellenoit 4 Jun 2018
Delicious. Keep in mind that the recipe doubles the dredge ingredient amounts because, “there’s always a next time with this recipe,” which I find a bit ridiculous.
Doris 3 Jun 2018
my new best fried chicken !!
Jazzy 1 Jun 2018

It was great!! The directions was is to follow.
Tiffany 30 Apr 2018
The breading was great even without the sauce. I'd recommend adding panko to it if you're baking for a crunchier coating
Whitley 27 Apr 2018
This was awesome! Put it on top of the "easy fried rice" and ....... perfecto 🙏🏼

None of the family enjoyed this; the coating on the chicken is ok but the sweet garlic sauce is really not nice.
Patricia Westover 18 Apr 2018
I thought the prep time was longer than expected. I would add 15-20 to it because of the amount of ingredients you need to measure. Other than that it is FANTASTIC!!! The flavors of the chicken alone was a burst of herbs and spices. Adding the sauce gives it a General Tso's type of flavor. Just the right amount of pop. If you like a bit more heat, add some red pepper flakes, to taste. I made Jasmine rice and steamed broccoli with it. Definite 10+

It was harder work for a beginner cook, but I think next time it’ll be even better. I cut down the ginger by 1 tbsp on this because I’m not a huge fan of that spice.
Tale 15 Apr 2018
A bit peppery, but really good!
Mary H. 14 Apr 2018
I guess I’m the only one who didn’t like it! Didn’t get crispy enough. Sauce was overpowering. Not worth the trouble.
Kayla D. 12 Apr 2018
my husband and I both loved this dish. it turned out beautifully, with perfect balance between each different flavor. it does take a little more prep time than we expected, but is absolutely worth it.
Tim O. 11 Apr 2018
Turned out great. I didnt use enough honey so the sauch was a little runny but still tasted great. will be trying again.
Christina K. 2 Apr 2018
