  • 125 grams goat's cheese (chopped)
  • 25 grams Parmesan (cheesee, grated)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 125 milliliters soy milk
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
  • 1 pear (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon spices (mixed ground)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 150'c fan force and grease the soufflé dishes with butter.
    2. On low heat, melt butter in a saucepan for a minute. Stir in the flour and cook for one minute. Gradually add the milk. Keep stirring all the time until the sauce is thickened. Continue cooking for two minutes.
    3. Add cheeses. chives and egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
