I usually buy jar queso dip, but wanted to try homemade. I did change a few things to suit my tastes. I added some extra cheese and small tomato pieces. I couldn't find Mexican oregano so I didn't add that. It was so delicious that it was gone very quickly! Next time I will have to double the batch to make sure I get more!
