  • 3 tablespoons soybean paste (found at Korean markets)
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang (or tablespoon, optional)
  • 1 onions (small, diced)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic (finely)
  • 1 zucchini (medium, halved lengthwise and chopped)
  • 1 potatoes (medium, or 2 small)
  • 8 ounces firm tofu (diced)
  • 4 ounces enokitake (or sliced, plain white mushrooms)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 jalapeno chilies (optional chili pepper flakes, to taste, optional)
  • sticky rice (cooked, to serve)
