This recipe was so easy and came out perferctly! I used jasmine rice because i don’t like my rice sticky. I also made a vegan version for my vegan guests by replacing the chicken broth with vegetable broth and using vegan crumbles. It was a hit!!!

I love dirty rice! This was my first attempt to make from scratch. I deviated from the recipe a tad by using beef pan sausage instead of ground beef. This turned out great. This will be go-to recipe when get a taste for something dirty.

After a few modifications, for my taste and available ingredients, the dirty rice turned out great. A pinch of file', a few shots of Louisiana hot sauce and saltine crackers. Just like it's supposed to taste.

It is delicious! I made a batch and a half. I didn’t add the extra salt and used about a third less Cajun seasoning otherwise, I followed the recipe. I am taking it to a party tomorrow. Hope they like it too.

This is legit. Great flavor. Followed recipe exactly. Really easy to make. Didn’t tell the kids there was chicken liver in it and they devoured it.
