  • 4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
  • lemon pepper
  • lemon pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dijon (style mustard)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

    Directions

    1. Sprinkle surface of chops with desired seasoning. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side. Combine remaining ingredients except garnish. Pour mixture over chops. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
