Description

Add a little spunk and sweetness to your day with this dijon-maple variation of honey-mustard chicken thighs.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 chicken thighs (skinless)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder and salt. Stir to combine the seasonings.
  3. 3Add the chicken thighs to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat.
  4. 4Spread the chicken thighs out on the sheet pan. Pour any remaining dijon-maple mixture on top of the chicken thighs.
  5. 5Insert the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  6. 6Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
