Turned out just fine. Let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours before serving: it’s much better if it’s cold.

I followed the recipe to the T. Very tasty lunch. Great on a croissant and easy to modify to your tastes. I suggest cutting the veggies pretty small so they aren't overpowering. Up the paprika too! I will probably return to this recipe in the future because it is so simple.
