Loved this! I added more vegetable broth. After it looked down for a bit it was a little too thick for me. Flavor is delicious!

There is no way on Gods earth that this recipe can be 80 Calories. just the tomatoes alone give about 200 calories in one serving . but it is a yummy soup. i agree with Ms Dawson, cayenne pepper works

I have to say, for soup without beans, meat, or pasta, this far exceeded my expectations. I was actually able to eat this soup even though I don’t really like most of the things in it. Good job, Maven!

This is a delicious soup. A way of getting family to have veggies that they normally won't eat alone. I did not use kayle. I double the recipe & freeze in containers. A really hearty soup

Made this soup for dinner tonight. Very very good. Had to make one change though, thought I had green beans in freezer and didn't so I substituted asparagus. Certainly did not spoil the soup. That is the only change I made. Next time will use the green beans.

I did. I used a few parsnips and instead of Kale I used spinach. It was delicious. I would definitely make it again. I enjoyed it and so did my family.

Delicious as it is. I'm not even a big vegetable lover, but I love this soup. We didn't make any changes to the recipe, and my husband loves it too. Actually, he's the one who cooks it now.

I have made this in the past, without changing anything and it was delicious. Has a lovely herb flavour and freezes well so nothing goes to waste. whole family loved it.. :)
