Description

Carrot, celery, kiwi, and orange juice are all packed with health-boosting antioxidants and other nutrients, and cinnamon helps to regulate insulin in the body. Ingredients

  • 1 carrots
  • 1 celery ribs
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 orange juice
  • water (to taste)
  • cinnamon (. for sprinkling)

Directions

  1. 1In the blender, add the carrots and blend.
  2. 2Add the celery and kiwi, and blend again. Add the orange juice, and the amount of water required to achieve desired consistency.
  3. 3Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon, and drink immediately.
