the amount of cinnamon that they have in there is fine to take. it won't harm you. the cinnamon that most people use is grocery store grade, which is in the cinnamon family but not very potent. so no need to worry about it.

inform yourself of the dangers of too much cinnamon . 1 tsp is ridiculous, too much can be dangerous . liver disease, cancer,, seriously low blood sugar to name a few. .. i suggest a few sprinkles

Just made it and used half the cinnamon like most suggested. My husband and I thought it tasted fine, like an apple cider almost. I think it would taste good warm as well.

I’ve done a similar recipe before. It also included cayenne pepper. I’m not sure how much of a detox it produced though.

Definately an aquairing taste. But as you sip it you can really feel that itt be a good detox for the day. little tip: i dont have a blender so when you use the water make sure its hot or the honey wont desolve. This way it kind of like a tea.

My issue has been irritable bowel syndrome. This drink has turned that around for me. Along with that I seem to have more energy and not as much brain fog. Not bad. Actually starting to like it. I steam cinnamon sticks instead of cinnamon powder. and used local honey because is good for allergies.
