Been drinking something similar to this for over a year now. I add cayenne pepper to mine for the metabolism boost. Not the best tasting but you get used to it. Lost 40lbs in a year, but also cut down on portion sizes. If your taking this regularly make sure to use Ceylon cinnamon. The other kind of cinnamon has health risks when used regularly.

The taste is not that bad. The measurements needs to be more specific. I used 1 cup of water, 1tbs of apple cider vinegar, squeezed 1/2 lemon and a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder (which was still hard to blend). I didnt have honey, so i used a dash of apple juice to help the flavor. I also made it with warm water. I'll definitely try this again.

Great. I use hot water helps a lot with dissolving everything. Use less lemon and cinnamon and maybe a little more honey if you don’t like the taste
