Loved it, even my picky 12 year old who doesn’t care for steak!

Very tasty. Maybe a touch strong but I had paired it with grilled zucchini. These 2 together elevated each other.

This is one of the best marinades I've ever made.

one of the nicer marinades I've used - the steaks had a terrific flavour. I happened to have fresh parsley which added a nice "extra".

I have used this recipe several times and have been pleased every time. I don't always have fresh parsley on hand- so I substitute a tablespoon of dried parsley. This recipe is easy and gives a nice smooth flavor. I am going to add a little red pepper flakes next time to give it a little heat

it was alright we didn't like it that much i made the recipe exactly as the recipe said. it wasn't terrible but it wasn't delicious either. not something i would want to make again

I used cubed stew beef instead of steaks and reduced the amount of garlic. If you are looking for a break from routine, this marinade is worth a try.
