  • 1 pound penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 slices honey ham (deli)
  • 6 slices pastrami (deli)
  • 6 slices roasted turkey (oven)
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 package American cheese (processed, cubed)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (seasoned)
  • 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded colby-)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Fill a large pot with cold water,bring to a boil and stir in penne.Cook pasta at a boil,stirring occasionally until penne are cooked through but still slightly firm,about 11 minutes.Drain.
    3. Meanwhile,melt butter in a large saucepan.Add sliced ham,pastrami and turkey,saute 5 minutes or until tender.Stir in pepperoni and processed american cheese;cook,stirring constantly,2 minutes or until cheese is melts.
