This is a great alternative to preparing lobster with butter. The meat was juicy and sweet and the seasoning had just the right spiciness, pairing well with the unique lobster flavor. The only change I made was to use just one cup of cornmeal and to double the quantity of flour (I used 1 cup instead of ½).
