Although it didn't turn out as thick or golden as the picture, it did turn out really nicely. I had to use a bit of extra oil to get the mixture wet enough, and I also added some dark chocolate chips. This is going to make a really nice snack for the week! Next time I might add some honey or maple syrup instead of the extra oil.

I made this once before as per the recipe and it was very nice. I used it as fuel while carb-loading for a marathon I was running. I’m carb loading again so I made it again today - I left out the sunflower and chia seeds and instead added a small amount of chopped up dark chocolate. Very nice!

Added extra coconut and they are delicious. Advise adding additional banana and coconut oil if more coconut so they bind nicely.

I accidentally overlooked it but still tasted fantastic, held together well and devoured quite abruptly!

It turned out so moist and delicious. I only needed to bake it for 20 minutes. It smelled so tempting when it was baking in the oven. As a topping, I am going to add dark chocolate to it and let it set. I highly recommend this recipe.

Very easy to make, these are really tasty but didn’t hold together as well as I would have liked - I will definitely try them again and use bigger bananas/a bit more oil to see if that helps.

I used figues instead dates and regular oats. I didn't have chia seeds. I used a 8X8 tin. It's smell so good in the kitchen right now. Can't wait to taste it...... Oh là là!
