  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries (ground in a food processor)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (powdered, confectioner’s)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup almond slices (crushed, toasted, optional)
