    I didn’t like the texture. I like that it doesn’t use egg, which I know affects the texture, but the flavor just isn’t that great. Maybe some almond extract would help? I have another pistachio chocolate chip recipe that uses fresh orange juice, I think I will sick with that one.

    I used my kitchen Aid mixer, with quality ingredients and followed all directions and I found this to be a very dry so called cookie bar. I went back over step by step to see if I made a error but no.. It's not going in my recipe box. I'm sure it works for some but not my crew. :(
