Description
Made with cake flour and buttermilk, these intensely chocolatey muffins manage to be moist and tangy at once. Setting them over the edge, they're finished with melted dark chocolate once they're done baking. You can enjoy them for breakfast, but given their luxurious approach they're unquestionably dessert-worthy, too. Don't be afraid to serve them warm with a scoop of ice cream and fruit coulis if so desired.

- 4 Tbsp. water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, add the oil, buttermilk, and egg and mix well.
