Dark Chocolate Brownie with Pistachio Recipe

Any season is the right season to enjoy a brownie. Dark robust chocolate perfectly paired with salty crunchy pistachios. This dense brownie is rich in deep plush chocolate flavor and pairs perfectly with a glass of cool milk. Add a colorful dimension to the dessert by roughly crushing pistachio nuts and scattering them over top.

Ingredients

  • 120 grams dark chocolate
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 grams granulated sugar
  • 90 grams flour
  • 50 grams pistachios

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate and the butter over low heat.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs. Add the granulated sugar and mix . Add the flour and stir.
  4. Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture.
  5. Stir in 2/3 of the pistachios.
  6. Pour into a silicone mold or a mold lined with parchment paper.
  7. Crush remaining pistachios and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on how cooked you like it.
  9. Let cool before serving.
