Description

Any season is the right season to enjoy a brownie. Dark robust chocolate perfectly paired with salty crunchy pistachios. This dense brownie is rich in deep plush chocolate flavor and pairs perfectly with a glass of cool milk. Add a colorful dimension to the dessert by roughly crushing pistachio nuts and scattering them over top.

Ingredients

120 grams dark chocolate
90 grams butter
2 eggs
220 grams granulated sugar
90 grams flour
50 grams pistachios

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Melt the chocolate and the butter over low heat.
3In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs. Add the granulated sugar and mix . Add the flour and stir.
4Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture.
5Stir in 2/3 of the pistachios.
6Pour into a silicone mold or a mold lined with parchment paper.
7Crush remaining pistachios and sprinkle on top.
8Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on how cooked you like it.
9Let cool before serving.
