Ingredients

  • 25 grams oatmeal
  • 30 grams sesame seeds
  • 30 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams squash seeds (salted)
  • 125 grams rye flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 135 grams water
  • 80 grams olive oil

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. 2In a bowl mix all the ingredients to get a smooth dough.
  3. 3Divide the dough into 2 pieces.
  4. 4Spread the dough thin with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of silicone.
  5. 5Cut out 7 x 5 centimeter rectangles in the dough with a pizza cutter.
  6. 6Bake 20 minutes, and serve with cheese, as an appetizer.
