We really liked this recipe. I may try ground turkey next time, and a maybe half the stock called for as the sauce did get quite watered-down.

Loved using the zucchini as noodles. They did water down the sauce, so next time I will cook them separate. I used ground turkey instead of pork. Overall I found the sauce to be very bland.

Good I followed recipe to tee. I would omit the Szechwan peppercorns though - was too overwhelming I would make it again !
