Ingredients include whey, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, fresh parsley, crushed dill, garlic powder, iceberg lettuce, chopped bacon, and blue cheese. It is a salad in the shape of a bowl that holds tasty toppings.

- 1/2 cup whey
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon dill (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 piece iceberg lettuce
- 2 strips bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients using a fork or a whisk.
- Refrigerate before use.
- Cut the lettuce into halves and disinfect. Drain upside down over a dry rag for at least an hour.
- Fry the bacon, drain, and remove the excess fat with paper towels.
- Serve placing one half of the lettuce on a plate, then add dressing, blue cheese, and bacon on top.

I was so excited to find this recipe. A co worker brought this to work one day, and I thought it was so tangy and had enough zip to be delightful. It's a variation on salads that is much needed when you're on a diet. I used protein powder which has the whey in it, rather than just traditional whey. I love the new salad trend that takes one hunk of lettuce and makes it a dish. It's just a nice change from the traditional.
