  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate (dairy-free, I used 69% cacao)
  • 1/8 cup whisky (Jameson Irish)
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba (the liquid strained from a 15 oz can of chickpeas)
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt
