- 1/4 daikon (about 350g)
- katsuobushi (Dried Bonito Flakes)
- nori (Roasted Seaweed,thinly sliced)

Very good as my first entry into Japanese cooking. Simple enough for a beginner, but rewarding to make. Daikon is a classic Japanese vegetable. As a white guy, I was so happy to finally do something with it on my own. The sauces blended well in their proportions.
