I really enjoyed these biscuits. They were very melt-in-the mouth. Unfortunately the kids didn’t like them, so I won’t make them again. I replaced the powdered sugar with approx 20ml maple syrup, adding this after I rubbed the butter through and before I pushed it into a dough. I used my cookie press to shape the cookies.
